Subscription

  1. How do I make changes to my subscription?

  2. How does my subscription work?

    You have the option of subscribing to one or more boxes each month. You can also subscribe to one box every three months. The box contents depend on the products you choose. For example, our vaginal moisturizer comes with 10 pre-filled applicators per box.

  3. What is the frequency of my subscriptions? Can I change it?

    You can choose between subscribing monthly or every three months.

    For security purposes, we are not able to change the frequency of your subscription. If you wish to change this, you can cancel your subscription and after receiving the last box, start a new one with the frequency you wish to change to.

    To cancel your subscription, go to My Account where you can view a list of your subscriptions. Find the subscription you wish to edit and click View. From the subscription page, select the “Cancel” option.

  4. Will my subscription automatically renew?

    Yes. Your subscription will automatically renew each month or every 3 months depending on the subscription frequency you have selected.

    Prior to checking out, FemmePharma asks each customer to review her shipping information. This gives you the opportunity to review and edit your address accordingly.

    We highly recommend you review your shipping information carefully, as it is difficult to recall packages that have already shipped. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that the carrier (USPS) will find and recall your package.

  5. Is there a shipping fee?

    Standard shipping, which delivers your order in three to five business days, is free for all orders.

    When you upgrade to two-day shipping, rates are based on the size of your order and your location.

    This product is compatible with natural rubber, latex, and polyisoprene condoms.
